An Evening In December 2010  One Bethlehem Night A Broadway-Style Musical This year will mark the 20th anniversary of this all-church outreach that we gift to our community during the Advent season. The script that God brought our way will be our first “biblical-era” Christmas play! Pretty amazing after 19 years! “One Bethlehem Night” brings the Christmas story to life in an inspiring dramatic musical focusing on the humanity of the people who witnessed Christ's birth. There’s the young expectant mother and her husband who come to Bethlehem for the census. Meet the innkeeper and his wife who have the chance of a lifetime to make a bundle of money. There’s the rabbi, who anxiously awaited the promised Messiah all his life. We’ll meet the shepherds who…well, you just gotta meet the shepherds! Have no fear – there will be no cheesy bathrobes here! But if you have ever seen Fiddler on the Roof or Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, then you’re going to be thrilled by this lively Broadway-style production.
