West Side strives to make use of current technology to enhance the worship experience for all who attend here. During Sunday morning services, we employ a professional sound system, lighting board, audio/visual recording equipment and MediaShout software. These things are also engaged on a larger scale when needed to enhance special productions put on by the music and drama ministries. High speed duplication units are used to provide tape and CD copies of each Sunday service to visitors, shut-ins and regular attendees.     We have a need for 2-3 additional MediaShout/video and audio operators for our Sunday services, serving on a rotating basis. Experience and proficiency with specific equipment we use is not mandatory - but a dedicated servant heart is definitely required.      Members of the technical team put in a lot of behind-the-scenes hours to set up equipment and make sure everything is running smoothly prior to the advertised time of an event.
